  Amazing customer service. I showed up early with my family and they checked us in with no problems. Further more they were able to give us a room upgrade with a beautiful mountain view. All of the staff were friendly and wonderful to deal with. The room was gorgeous, clean and has so many amenties and features and we couldn't be happier with our stay. I'd definitely stay here again or recommend it to others.

  Love their pool and the staff is so nice. The rooms are gorgeous and the lobby is wonderful and cozy. Nicely located about 3 minutes from downtown and close to all the restaurants on Bow Valley Trail.

  We stayed in a room in the annex building. While the main building is nice...our room in the building across the parking lot was terrible. The carpet was covered in stains. The bedding, while clean, smelled way too strong of bleach. It was incredibly noisy all through the night with people coming and going -- the walls and ceiling providing no sound barrier. And while it was a non-smoking room there was an overwhelming smell of cigarette smoke...likely from other guests in other rooms.

  Stayed there beginning of September and great experience. We booked a one bedroom suite but I was able to upgrade to a two bedroom suite upon check in for reasonable price. The front desk staff was really friendly and accommodating. Great location for restaurants, grocery stores, liquor store. It's all by walking distance. I would definitely stay there again.

  The Grande Rockies Resort offered a very hospitable stay. I happened to catch a great deal for $80/night. Located about a 5 minute walk from the downtown with many restaurants and services in close proximity. The staff was very kind and attentive to our needs. I highly recommend a dip in the pool and indoor/outdoor hot tub. The room was clean with all amenities required.
