    They will not accept credit card payments over the phone ... Ludicrous ! So easily checked to make sure that the credit card is good at the time of payment... seems like they can't be bothered to do that for the convenience of their customers, especially from out of town ! Not impressed with their customer service and as I informed them , we shall be taking our business eleswhere !

    Good selection of stationary and office supplies. Expensive, but convenient if you can't go to Calgary. Good service.

    I went into the store to purchase some supplies. Lady Owner of Bow Vally Basics refused to serve me and on top of that, the owner even said "we do not want your business, please leave" Being a local resident for past two years, I thought when I heard about this happening to someone else in the area, that they where joking. Well guess what. The Owner wants less customers, I will ensure that this happens
