  For the past 3 years Erdem has been taking care of my vehicle and I could not be happier with the service I have received! Not only does he take the time to explain what I need done and why I need it, in addition, I never have any concerns after he has done the work. His pricing is great. Interactions on the phone or at the shop with Erdem and Kimberly are always positive and enjoyable. So glad to have found Double E Motors in the Bow Valley!

  My brother in law came into town with a "beater" of a car and just wanted to know if it was possible to drive it to Ontario without spending an arm and a leg. Erdem reviewed the car and about 90 minutes later he had the car up on a lift with the wheels off and with a flashlight showed us exactly what was wrong and what it would cost to fix it. Very fast. He had actually already fixed a couple of small items. We agreed on the (very reasonable) charges, and he got to work. He called us that evening as he worked straight through till 7 pm so that we could leave the next day. Absolutely exceptional service.

  Saved our bacon ! We were driving my son's (not so gently used vehicle) car to Toronto and given it was running rough decided to give it a last minute check. Great service, showed us what was wrong, fixed it right away and all for a very reasonable price. We are from Toronto but if we were Canmore residents, this would be the place where we would bring our vehicles...old fashioned honest car mechanic work is what you can expect to get here. 5 Stars all around.

  I rely on Erdem to take care of my car and my trucks. He always gave me a good service at a good price. I know I can rely on him and his honesty.

  I went there because my car had a leak in the coolant system. My boyfriend asked the owner/mechanic to check the radiator because he was pretty sure that the leak was there. After he checked the car he told me that the leak was in the manifold gasket and he charged me 500$. When I pick up the car I realized that the leak wasn’t fix it so I come back, he checked the radiator in front of me and he asked me for 700$ me. When I complaint about why he didn’t checked the radiator before he was rude and unpolite, he just told me that he did a good service and he invited me to leave because he didn’t want to know anything about the car. I went with another mechanic in town and he told me that this kind of leak are not usually in the manifold gasket and he was pretty sure that he didn’t do a good job. I went there because I am a local and some people recommend it but terrible experience for me with this shop, I don't recommend this shop to anybody. Worst costumer service ever, rude and disrespectful. I think if I paid for a service and the service is not well do I deserve at least an explanation.
