  Find another campground instead of staying here. The hosts were not at all friendly. No one was even working during the recent holiday. Spaces are so close your neighbors camp fire is a couple of feet from your truck. Everything is completely run down. No one even fills the toilet paper in either bathroom for over 36 hours. Quiet hours are not enforced. Water comes from sprinkler tubing and is awful. Only nice thing was the awesome views.

  Although this RV park is close to downtown (a nice walk on paths) it seems be being taken over by the condo development next door and has given up on trying to maintain or improve. Many sites are taken up by permanent residence living in run down park models and construction trailers - so people are coming and going day and night. The laundry and washrooms were not stellar. Sad for such a place surrounded in natural beauty.

  Expensive for what you get!!! 1080$ a month for a parking lot, electricity and water without even wifi... We are probably going to move somewhere else ! Clean place with a nice view tho ✌

  The roads are terrible, run down pot holes. Camp spots are very close together. Old run down trailers. The bathrooms/showers and laundry room were filthy. Spent 5 nights, only because we did not know any better, and wanted to see Banff, and all the sites around. Took three showers and each time in the 6 days the same hair and mud/dirt in the drain. I asked the staff how often they clean, they said every day....NOT! Toilets dirty around the bowl, laundry room run down and dirty.

  Stayed here in June 2017 because Banff sites we're full because of Canada 150 giveaway. Had an angled site along creek for 25' motorhome - site worked for us, had fire pit and picnic table and washrooms were clean and functional. Rode our bikes thru town to the old town part of Canmore, neat area with lots of restaurants, pubs and interesting stores. Would stay again.
