  Have been dealing with various Scotiabank locations since moved to Canada. This one is the best as others; positive, friendly and knowledgeable staff. It's a small branch in a small town so can't expect fast service when it gets busy during peak hours and that's alright. They try their best to serve quickly as possible without ignoring the client standing in front of them.

  Worst location..all time waiting whenever you go for deposit...cashier is not helpful at all...if you have any appointment it takes weeks...

  Worst experience ever. so when you entered to the bank only 1 cashier is there , inexperienced & confused. you can hear laughs of other staff from a room whose door was closed. went their to deposit but cashier need "authorization" from manager. she was trying to catch managers but they were busy in chatting I guess. after around 3 4 minutes a manager came whose behavior was so rude & non professional. totally disappointed. they don't have investment & mortgages advisors , long waiting time for taking appointments.worst management.This branch needs a better management or it should close.
