  We lost our car key in lake Louise, call around to many places, none could service us, and we got ahold of this guy and it was Amazing! Great customer service very friendly, flexible, and fast! Would totally recommend

  My service experience with Joe was vary unpleasant. I had locked myself out of my truck in Banff I had called around and found bow valley locksmith Joe was my first call and available to come 5 mins after I made the call to Joe, my truck was unlocked I called Joe right away to cancel but no answer numerous times. He showed up and he discovered we got it unlocked he immediately got ignorant saying to my boyfriend before even saying Hi or listening to the situation he went up to him and demandingly said "50$ and don't waste my time" I told my boyfriend to stay in the car with my 4 children as they did the entire time. I explained to Joe I had gotten the truck unlocked and tried to call him he said "50 dollars don't waist my F&*king time. I asked him to calm down as I immediately sensed his negative body language and tone of voice. I had also said I had small children in the vehicle. He said "I don't care" I then said I would compensate him for the gas but I did however try and contact him to notify him we would not be needing his services . He didn't want to let me try and explain and kept cutting me off he continued to raise his voice and said he was going to call RCMP I said that sounds like a good idea as he was vary unreasonable and yelling and I did not want to deal with this man. I went back to my camp and unpack and i notified him of that and came back to where he was, the RCMP had arrived at that time and joe was much calmer "gezzz i wonder why. He put on a nice pleasant show for the RCMP and got paid his 50 dollars i was more then happy to just pay the money as my children where scared and hot and we wanted to carry on with are day. I will be contacting Better Business Bureau and reporting this mans behavior and i highly recommend no one dealing with this man as he is vary unpleasant when business dosent go his way he changes his prices to his liking. Vary unpleasant experience to avoid conflict i would not seek his service and to go with a well known business franchise.

  I like Joe always responsive and on time me and my wife Sheryl use him all the time when needed.. good price and decent arrival time... he is a busy guy but always comes thruw.

  Joe replaced my lost key at nearly half the price of the dealership; plus I saved a trip to the city. Very pleased with his service.

  Poor service, Joe was rude and did not live up to his word of returning our lock in 3 days. Joe has never returned a phone call nor returned our lock. Don't make the mistake of using him as a locksmith in Canmore & area!
