  Brought my Jeep in because my serpentine belt came off. They called to say it was a bunch of other things due to the belt falling off and that the bill would be $1500. I told them to just replace the belt. They ended up charging me a ridiculous amount for shop time when this is under a 30 minute procedure. They also charged for diagnostics after they told me what the problem was so I got charged for that time too. When I came in to pay they had a bunch of different invoices all different prices. Did not make any sense, seemed like they were just going to charge me with what they felt like that day. None of the invoices were $1500 and I ended up paying $250 which is ridiculous to just have a new belt put on. They’re a bunch of thieves I would not go there for service or anything at all for that matter. Waste of money. Do not recommend at all.

  Update: I brought my Jeep to a trustworthy mechanic in Calgary, walked out of there without paying a dime. Canmore Chrysler quoted me $1500 for made up problems! One of them being a timing belt cover when my Jeep doesn’t even have a timing belt! Also-no leak in my water pump like they claimed! DO NOT COME HERE FOR SERVICE they make up problems to try and scam you for money!!!!

  I recently purchased a '17 Wrangler from this dealership and found the whole experience to be above my expectations. The folks I dealt with (Jordan and Chris) really went all out to make sure that the deal worked for both of us. The buying process was very straight forward, without any high pressure sales tactics. Pricing was better than I saw elsewhere. Chris really knows Jeeps and took the time to walk me through all features of the vehicle I was interested in. I would highly recommend this dealership!

  Fantastic service, came here just to take a look at cars while waiting on a towing company from my previous car getting smashed. Ended up leaving with an amazing replacement. They went above and beyond to get me in the perfect vehicle and even added extras. Highly recommend Chris Hubbard. It's a bit out of the way if you live out in Calgary but the deals are much better than you'll find back in the big city.

  We felt no pressure, and would recommend Canmore Chrysler to anyone who asks. My husband had a truck ad come across his FB feed, so we took the drive from Airdrie to go and see it. It was the perfect truck for us. Ryan and Mike made everything super easy!

  I know what people say about dealerships but Canmore Chrysler is different. They are so friendly, Not pushy and they truly appreciate your business. They always have time to talk and they give you the straight goods. If they feel you might be getting in a bit over your head they tell you and offer options that might be better for you finances and your future. Matt and Chris a couple guys on their sales team are the best. If your thinking about buying a new your used car go talk to them. I have and will again
